This should be a signature Tasmanian drink! Such a great flavour combination. Pepperberry is sensationally spicy in this drink and comes with a playful crunchy texture of both the pepperberry and sea salt.
The classic margarita is easy to make with tequila, triple sec and lime juice. It’s also easy to remember with a 2:1:1 ratio. We’re not recreating this recipe – simply suggesting that you rim the glass with our pepperberry salt!
