We are fortunate in Tasmania to have so much bushland on our doorsteps. Amongst other things that mean lots of opportunity for one of our favourite products – Tassie bush honey!!  We have a number of distinctive types of honey reflecting our unique flora. For example the famous leatherwood honey, manuka, banksia, stringy bark, and kunzea  – just to name a few.  

Nothing could be more natural than a product made entirely of native flower nectar and manufactured by bees.  We’ve teamed up with Wellington Apiary to bring you some of Tasmania’s finest monofloral honeys.  Monofloral or varietal honeys make for distinct and characterful products.

It is a short journey from flower to jar.  Wellington Apiary honey is 100% raw, cold-extracted and unprocessed – essentially it comes straight from the hive to your home!
