Here we have our small range of award winning preserves featuring Australian native herbs and spices.  You will see some traditional recipes here with a bushfood twist. Our primary objective in developing these products was to showcase some uses of native spices – pepperberry in particular. We hope you enjoy them as much as we have making them.
