Stringy bark honey is relatively rare since Stringy bark, or Eucalyptus Obliqua, doesn’t flower every year.  But when it does flower it can be an intense bloom.  It often escapes our attention at ground level – Stringy bark can be a massive tree up to 90m high in wetter areas of Tasmania. Stringy bark makes for an intense and rich flavoured honey.
