Why choose when you can have it all?! We’ve combined four of our award winning preserves into a sleek box – Forager’s Four – so that you don’t have to make difficult choices!

Forager’s Four makes an ideal gift when you want to share a little bit of Tasmania with someone.  Alternatively add a taste of the wild to your next cheese platter.

Forager’s Four includes one 50g paste – Peppy Quince Paste – and three 50g jellies – Bush Jelly, Forager’s Jelly and Kunzea Jelly.  These preserves collectively contain fruits foraged from around Tasmania including rosehips, crab apples, quince and medlar.  They also contain native spices including pepperberry, lemon myrtle, anise myrtle and kunzea.  The result is truly unique flavours and something quintessentially Tasmanian.
